This seems as there is a problem with the circuit board check all the fuses on the circuit board
All 4 fuses checked and working. When jumpers in 12/13/14 removed, LEDs 1 & 2 are off.
It sounds like the circuit board is faulty if the fuses are fine and still no motor ouput.
