Please help. I installed a pair of ECO 300k gate openers 2-3 years ago. I've had the occaisional glitch, but generally managed to sort it out without too much difficulty. Recently one of the arms locked in the disconnected mode, so whilst the motor ran, the gate didn't move. This I also recified fairly quickly, and everything was fine....... for a week or so! The gates have ceased to move. On using the remote, I can here the CB click on receiving the signal, but there is no power output to either motor (checked with a meter). On investigating I have the following setting/indications:

J1 on
J2 B
Jumper betweeen terminals 13&14
Jumper between terminals 15 & 16

LD1 off
LD2 on
LD3 on
LD4 off
LD5 on when test pressed
LD6 1Hz blink

I have had all peripherals disconnected, with no joy.

What shoul I do next?

Thanks in anticipation

Andy
You seem to have a problem with you Photocell circuit as LED 2 should not be illuminated unless the photocells are blocked
Hi again, I've been on holiday hence the delay in replying. I've downloaded the installation guide for these gates, and found that not all was as it should have been. Having corrected the errors, I now have LEDs 1, 2 & 3 on permanently; caused by jumpers between 12 & 13, 13 & 14, and 15 & 16. Having LEDs 1 & 2 on seems to fly in the face of your last answer, but does give a relay click when I press test. However, there is still no output voltage accross terms 6 & 7, or 9 & 10.

This seems as there is a problem with the circuit board check all the fuses on the circuit board

All 4 fuses checked and working. When jumpers in 12/13/14 removed, LEDs 1 & 2 are off.

It sounds like the circuit board is faulty if the fuses are fine and still no motor ouput.
