I fitted at Easter a Proteco Q60A control unit with TX3 remote's, the remote's have worked for about 8 weeks but then both just stopped working, from this I assume the remote's are OK and the fault is with the control unit.
I have checked the readout on the unit and it still retained the programmed remote's in It's memory, I wiped off the remote's from the memory and attempted to re-program, the unit would not be re programmed as when I select rA then tc I then press the remote button, I should get a dot on the readout but nothing appears so there is no point in pressing button C to store, but I have tried it without just for piece of mind.
No broken wires.
The beams and key pad still operate the unit .
Has anyone had this problem or should I just replace the board.
I have re booted the unit and checked the internal fuses, but no difference.
Help...Dave C.
