Loose gate stop but what wrench to use?

I have liftmaster sub300 motors and the gate stop on one side is loose but I cant find a wrench to tighten the screw, it looks like an alan key but quite big.  Is it a special one and where could I get one?

It may be worth consulting lift master in regards to the manual stops.
