CB124EV Problem

Hi I've fitted a new CB124EV board to replace an old CB24.
the problem I have is when setting up all is good both gates go through the learn cycles but after when I press the button to open the gates only motor1 gate opens.

Dill switch is set to two gates

I've even swapped the wiring from motor1 to motor2 and motor2 to motor1 to prove the motors, still only the gate in motor1 opens

any help would be greatly appreciated

is the motors having micro switches ?

Open the gate manually at halfway and press the remote control
