We have what I believe is a Daitem SC901 wireless intercom controlling a set of gates with Nice in ground motors at our house. They have an IR beam to the inside of them and for the last 10 years if we have wanted to keep the gates open we have just covered one of the IR sensors. However recently the gates have started shutting after the set amount of time even when the IR is covered.
I assumed the IR was faulty but you can hear the relay click if you break the beam, and if you break the beam whilst the gates are closing then they open fully again. I can't see anywhere in the manual for a setting for any sort of IR override so am stumped.
Any ideas what might be the issue?
