Hiya,
We've got a sudden problem with our gate motor, and we're looking for advice.
This install has been working since 2019, with no problems, and our remote works like this:
First push - OPEN
Second push - STOP
Third push - CLOSE
Today, the third push caused the gate to continue to open to its full limit, where it stopped. It won't close.
It's as if the motor won't go into reverse.
My first attempt at dealing with the problem was to reset the board, but the control panel can't "relearn" the gate length, because the motor, even after factory reset, continues to turn only in the "open" direction.
Any thoughts?
