BFT DEIMOS BT Programming issue

Hi,

I have Deimos BT roller door.

The LCD display has SUC on it and I cannot get rid of that using the +- buttons.

I want to go in the Logic menu and switch OFF the Auto close and then switch ON the 3 Step

but when I press ok I go straight into Language section I can navigate to ENG then press OK then it takes me to the next section till Autoset that's it. Then I press +- buttons multiple times and the screen goes back to SUC.

Any advice will be appreciated.
