Hi,

There could be an issue with the BLUEBUS output itself. Have you checked the voltage that is coming from the output and what is it reading?
providing you have checked the following...

Alignment
BLUEBUS search to memorise the photocells
CONTINUETY test between cables

My guess would be that there is a potential fault with the board.
