The automatic gate has stopped working but I can hear a click when the press the remote. I have opened the unit up "Er 02" is displayed on the LCD display. Does anyone what the problem is and how to fix this?

Hi,
Do you have any safety edges installed on this system? These are rubber impact stips which are located at the front & back of the gate.
