Control Unit Not Working

I have a pair of SCS300K arms to operate my gates which worked perfectly before I recently had to remove the power for 3 months for works on my house. Since reconnecting the power to the gates, the arms do not work. Whilst there is definitely power going to the control unit, I can not see any lights or signs of the control box working. Any idea what may be the problem?
