BFT ORO arm problem

BFT ORO arm problem

One of the arms on my BFT ORO gate system has stopped working. There is power to the motor but no movement or vibration from it when power is applied. I have removed the arm as I wanted to check the 120C thermal protection but I cannot see how to get to the motor. If this arm cannot be repaired is it possible to buy just one arm?
