daitem d5131 indoor controller issue

Hi recently moved in to a.house it has daitem d5131 electric gate.
Now the problem I have is on the indoor station on the display.
the status of the gate is always shown as closed. The gate opens and closes when I press the button and the gate opens and closes when I use my fob.
But the status on the dispatch never changes . Can someone please advise me. On what the problem is and how to resolve it.
