BFT Gate Motor - Not working

Hi Everyone,
During lunch time (12-2), my gate seems to not open. It clicks like it's trying and is getting the request to open but it doesn't seem to manage. However, outside of those hours it appears to have no problem and opens as per normal. What do you reckon the problem could be?

Firstly to best advise you we would need to find out what control board is in the motor and find out if any fault codes are being displayed, could you send some images of the motor and the control board so we can advise accurately what the issue might be?
