Nice control boards really need an oview to progran and check the settings, Turn off the power for 1 minute, close the gate and then turn the power back on. give the gate an open command by pressing the 'open' button on the control board, ONLY PRESS THIS ONCE, if the gate opens then it's your closing safety that's at fault (photocells) the Bluebus led will flash an error code if there is one. Nice are terrible for diagnostics, they are primarily a home automation company unlike BFT,FAAC,SEA,DEA etc..... Came just sell to anyone and you get what you pay for.

The BlueBus LED on the panel is the fault diagnostic LED for the panel and will flash multiple times and pause for a second once the panel faults. It may be flashing green once per second, which is okay and normal but if you give it a command and subsequently the motor fails to execute the command the BlueBus LED should change and flash a certain amount of times and pause, could you count the flashes emitted and come back to me please?
