Hello All-
I have a FAAC E124 (or slightly earlier) controller along with underground FAAC S800 gate motors.
The gate currently remains in an open state. I had an engineer visit and he couldn't diagnose the problem either.
A summary of the problem:
1. Both sides of the gate refuse to close giving a 04 code on the display.
2. When I run the setup the gates open and close fine.
3. When the gate goes into normal operation, it just remains open.
4. The gate sensors appear to be fine (I hear the click sound when the infrared beam is broken).
Hoping someone can shed some light.
