Anyone got a manual for a farfisa video intercom

The only numbers i could find on the call unit where ART MD40

The problem the user is having is that they have audio but no video picture and they cant open the gates with it :/

Please find details intercom details attached - be aware file is 26Mb.

Note: The Farfisa Intercom MD40 is referenced the same as the MD41.
