bft giuno ultra bt a20 not closing

Hi there, I’m new to this forum so not sure if this is the correct place to post this query.

Today I have noticed that my bft giuno ultra bt a20 are stuck fully open and will not close with any control.

I’ve attached photos of the box and gates.

Let me know if any of this makes sense!!
