Fitted brand new sub R motor to left hand gate. Now, new motor is shutting the left hand gate as the right hand gate is opening. Can't get them synchronised. Any suggestions?

probably because of weather,get colder and gearbox slow down a bit .
my suggestion is to program them once again.

have you got any manual ?
