ZA3P Blew with a slug dancing across the board. Replaced with a brand new one and worked for 2 days then was tripping RCD in house. Removed board, no slug / insect, checked all wiring but keeps tripping RCD. Board has a Remootio 3 attached for wifi gate opening and lights that come on for 10 mins after gate activation. 2 arm gates ATS30 - any ideas?
Tested capacitors in arms, only thing I can think of is limit switch in arms was knackered by gate installer ~ 1 year ago - could the fault be with the arm?

Hi Simon

I would suggest disconnecting all accessories from the board and run 1 motor at a time. This would determine whether it is a motor issue or a control board issue as i doubt both motors would cause the RCD to trip.

It was the courtesy light(s) - new bulbs purchased, reconnected, blew again so no lights.

Different issue - limit switches are off on the board, but now left hand gate will open, but not close. I am guessing the Limit switch in the ATS30 is knackered (like the right hand gate is)?
