i brought a lyn300 24v double gate kit 2 years ago from easygates and have had loads of problems with the remote controls not working and the only way these can be made to work again is by just turning of the mains supply for a few seconds and turning back on again bearing in mind the batteries are still connected , the remotes work for a short time and then stop working again then its back to resetting system again via turning of the mains supply.
i have already replaced the reciever board and reprogrammed system / fobs
which again works for short period then fails again
any ideas before i look into replacing the control board to see if this resolves the problem

It Is sounding like radio interference in the local area blocking the signals. You need to use a radio scanner and check what else is transmitting on 433.92 mhz to rule out the radio interference.
