BFT LUX FC-2B with no stops

Hi

Just replaced one gate motor (BFT LUX FC-2B) (like for like)
The leaf work fine but the gate goes past the normal end point by a couple of centimetres. Am I right in thinking that the only adjustment to bring it back slightly is the nut at the end nearest to the ball joint?
