Hello all. Hope someone might be able to give me some pointers.
We’ve recently moved to a house with a BFT hydraulic gate system. Double gates with LUX-FC-2B arms.
Last night the left hand gate refuses to close. You can hear activity from the motors but it will not move. I assumed it might be jammed somewhere but this does not look to be the case.
The only odd thing which I wondered “might” cause an issue is from the EBP-24 unit which is attached to the bottom of this side. I think the electric cable which runs to this may have become detached.
If this was the case would the gate refuse to move?
Secondly, I’ve read there is a triangular key to override the arm in cases like this. Of course, we have no such key! Is there a part number (and is this something EasyGates can help with)?
Cheers Tom.
