Gate transmitters intermittently working Nice MC824H

Hi, I'm looking for some advice if possible please 

I have a Nice MC824H control unit fitted to my electric gates. These are controlled by three transmitter fobs aswell as through the Intercom system which has a standalone handheld receiver connected inside the house.

Recently the transmitter fobs have become intermittent, working sometimes and not other times. This relates to all three fobs, I have replaced the batteries but the issue is still there.

When the transmitter fobs are not working the gates can still be opened via the intercom keypad and standalone phone connected to the intercom which suggested that the issue was the gates receiving the signal from the transmitters. As such I replaced the receiver inside the control unit (circled in green in the photo) hoping that this would solve the issue but it unfortunately hasn't. 

I'd be grateful for any suggestions on what to look out for / replace to resolve this issue Please 

There is a radio antenna plugged into the box, not sure if this is linked to my issue in anyway

Hope you are well.

With intermittent problems involving remotes, this is usually down one of the following causes; faulty remote, battery, receiver, interference. We know that in this case it is not the battery or faulty remote as they all have the same issue at the same time even when changing the battery. 

So this issue is either going to be down to a possible fault on the receiver which you have circled, or interference in the area. From experience I would say this is more likely going to be the receiver as this is the older grey model which I assume has been in use for some years. Interference refers to other systems in the area which may affect the radio frequency for the remotes & receiver, these systems could be temporary traffic lights for example. This issue is quite uncommon however is still possible.
