Hi all,

We have a front and rear gate at our current rental, the rear gate will open and close from the fob but the front gate will not, it will open from the keypad and from the switch inside the house. Any suggestions on a fix for this would be appreciated

Hi Darren,

This is a strange fault from which you have described. As the keypad and switch will work the front gate we know that there isn't an issue with the gate automation as such. This either leads me to believe there is an issue with the radio remote receiver at this gate, or a problem with the button you are using on your remote for this gate.

Does this issue still occur on multiple remotes, or is it just the one remote which has this problem? I would try pairing a different button on this remote to the front gate to see whether it is the button which is causing the issue.
