I can't find the procedure for programing this remote...
   
It's exitec 2 433mhz rolling code transmitter.

Hi, this looks like a generic Chinese rolling code remote which would have its own stand alone receiver somewhere which you would need to program this into. Normally I would expect the prohgramming procedure to be as follows: Press the learn button on the receiver once (normally indicated by the channel ie CH1 or SW1). An LED should illuminate solid, then press the button on the remote you wish to use. There should be an indication that the remote has been learnt in via an LED flashing or something similar. And that should be it!
