V2 Phox 2-Channel Remote Control

Hi Gate People
We are retiring to Spain (we're very fortunate I know!) and the house we are moving to has an Alfariss motorised gate already fitted.
During the sale process a set of keys and one of the V2 Phox 2-Channel Remote Controls 'disappeared'. I can easily change the euro cylinder locks but I am worried about the missing remote. I can buy another remote from Easygates but how do I writemyessay and program it to work with the controller?
Is there a way I can prevent the original missing controller from opening the gate?
There is only one local motorised gate supplier I can find and he couldn't help so I would be very grateful if anyone on this forum could answer my questions.

A weird situation with the "disappeared" controller I should say. The first to do is to reprogram the controller of the gate itself, because you can't be sure that the missing controller is actually lost and won't be used by anyone. Reprogramming should be better done by specialists.
You can, of course, do it yourself. On the Internet, there are very detailed instructions how to reprogram the gate controller. But there may be a lot of pitfalls, there are a lot of nuances that you need to know, you need to have special devices to connect to the controller and there is a very high probability that you can turn the controller into a dead metal chunk (no offense).
