LCA 70 safety issue - cully - 13-08-2025

Please advise,
I have a Ditec LCA 70 control panel with a safety issue "1-8" flashing
The following is what I have tried to resolve this issue
Checked the Prastel sensors for alignment, beam lit on transmitter and interupted when I cover the receiver Ok
Put new batteries in the receiver (Voltage ok)
Swapped both Prastel transmitter and receiver for a spare pair I had, cannot remember why I ended up with spares but the same fault showing
Put a jumper between com and 8 in the control panel to take out the safety circuit, gates work ok.
I'm not an electrician so in order to check the cabling between photocell com and NC I ran a new pair of wires photocell to control panel, still got the fault
Have I missed something? could the issue be in the control panel circuitry?
Thanks for any help

Hi,

It could be a possible board issue have you metered the voltage at the output on the board which the photocells are wired to to see if they are getting adequate voltage?
