MHouse SL10 closes, but doesn't open - cambo - 18-08-2022

Hello - just moved in to a new house and having some fun with the electric gate.

It stopped working recently and after playing about with it (cleaning out the track, lifting the gate slightly to make sure it was aligned correctly), I now am able to move it in manual mode, and when putting it back on to automatic mode, when I press key T1 on the fob it closes the gate as expected. However, once in closed position it doesn't do anything when I press any of the buttons on the fob. The light on the fob flashes, but the indicator light on the mhouse doesn't do anything (it flashes when closing however).

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Hi,

Thank you for your enquiry,

When the fault occurs how many flashes does the ECSBUS emit on the panel, this will give us a good indication of what the fault is.

Many thanksĀ
