BFT BT A40 Dual Arm - teegee - 03-02-2022
Hello,
Gate 1 responds and opens (connections on control panel 10/11. Gate 2 will not respond (connections 14/15). On Thalia Control panel.
If I change the wiring connections from one motor to the other - on the board - then motor 2 will work, but motor 1 won't.
So the wiring is working along the run between the two arms but both arms will not open together.
Can you help?

Hi,
This sounds to me like a possible faulty Motor output 1, Have measured the voltage from motor terminals 1?

Both sides have just started working, in a haphazard sort of way and there is an error code 38 showing!
Will motor output 1 still require reading and how best would I do that?

What control panel are you using? If you can let me know which panel you have, I will be able to provide you with the reason for this error code showing.
