MHouse WG2 Manual Release - mousetarget - 29-03-2021
I have a Mhouse WG2 swing gate system.
My left swing gate manual release no longer works as when we changed part RMHWG2004 we didn’t correctly replace the manual release mechanism ( I think we lost a part or 2 when dismantling).
I now need to engage the manual release on this gate but of course cannot do this.
Is there a workaround? - can I manually release using a screwdriver placed somewhere correctly?

Hi,
You will need to obtain a manual release key for this motor. Unfortunately, due to security reasons you cannot shimmy the lock with a screwdriver. If you email info@easygates.co.uk with a few images of the motor itself, we may be able to guide you in the right direction of manual release keys to suit your motor.
