I have an ml850 with 770e protector system. Can anyone tell me if there should be lights on both sending and receiving sensor. On mine there is only a green light on sending sensor. When closing the door with the keypad the unit light flashes a few times and the door will only close if keypad Is held until door fully closed.

Hi Ron,
There should be lights shown on both sending and receiving sensor. It is more than likely going to be a wiring problem. Check your connections are not broke.
