Hi,

Hoping someone can assist.

I have a Meross Garage Opener which works on my BFT Deimos BT A400 when power is supplied via a power outlet externally.

However, when I use terminal 50 and 51 to convert the 24V to 5V for my USB outlet power, the Meross doesn't power up.

Terminal 60 & 61 works fine for signal (common) (start), but as soon as I try to plug into my step down converter no power goes to it.

Am I doing something wrong? Any advice appreciated.

Hi did you ever get this working? I have the same issue. How did you power the meross opener?

Hey I found this thread as I'm having the same issue, purchased pretty much identical converter and not working, instruction manual is unclear. However what I discovered by a volt meter is, its 24V AC !! NOT DC !! OMG !  so you need to buy a 24V AC to 5V 1a or 2amp DC converter, I can't guarantee it works,  as I'm returning Amazon DC/DC converter and just ordered a new AC/DC converter from Amazon not arrived yet. I'm not sure if I will remember to report it here but give it a try.
