Hi there, totally new to this.
Yesterday, i opened my electric gates with the keyfob in the usual way however, they have not closed and seem stuck open.
The AllMatic unit is powered up, i can hear the click when i press the fob.  Photocells appear to be working as the light comes on when you break the beam.
Any ideas as to what can be causing the issue?  Display on the BIOS2 Control unit shows -tc (which is Automation opened with auto reclosing) but this isnt being replaced by the closing countdown.
UPDATE... have been out and disabled the switches in the board for the photocells and now can open and close! only thing is that the photocells are now not doing anything. Can only assume its an issue with the photocells causing the original problem?

Hi,

I would try personally reimplementing the photocells how they were again and double checking the fault displayed on the LCD display to confirm what the fault is.

Many thanks

Welcome! It sounds like your gates might be stuck in the automation opened mode. Check for any obstacles along the gate's path. If all seems clear, try resetting the system or contacting AllMatic support for specific guidance. The -tc on the BIOS2 Control unit suggests the automation opened with auto reclosing, but the closing countdown isn't triggering. Troubleshooting step-by-step with AllMatic's support can help resolve the issue
