Full Version: Nice photo sensor issue F210 and MC824H gates won’t operate

I have an issue with my F210 photo sensors and MC824H control unit whereby my gates will not open nor close nor magnetic lock when pulled close manually. I thought it may be a battery issue in the F210’s and I have replaced them. That was not the solution. I have looked at the beam sensors and adjusted them to what I would call a “slow flash” stage. It isn’t particularly slow but it is slower than the “fast flash” stage. No matter what I do I can’t get them to the “no flash” stage. The manual refers to “slow flash” as acceptable. I ran the protocol to re-learn the photo sensors from the control panel.

On the control panel, the “stop” LED is constant red. The Bluebus LED is off until I either hit either “open” or “close” on the control panel or hit the remote button when it starts to flash twice, indicating an issue with the photo sensor according to the manual. Nothing happens with the gate.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Hi,

The BLUEBUS flashing light should be flashing green once per second at all times. Could you disconnect the photocells from the board and run a BLEBUS search by pressing and holding OPEN and SET together for 3-4 seconds. This is to learn the board without using photocells.
Let me know the outcome.
