Hi, I have PHOBOS N motors and I can't get one of the motors to unlock with the key. When I turn the key the nothing happens, on the other motor you can feel it release then it opens. Any help would be appreciated.

Its more than likely that the manual release mechanism inside is jammed. I would recommend running the gates to different positions automatically then trying to release it. You could also try and put some sort of WD40 if it is stiff. Lastly, try and push the gate back and forth while turning the manual release. It may be that the mechanism is fully seized and needs replacing.

I tried what you said but it did not release. I can hear the mechanism click when I unlock it but it does not release the arm.
