Hi all,
I see a lot of quite technical threads here, fascinating actually, but mine is a little basic.
My gate motor (LDY, a Thai make) has been installed 5 years with no issues, but over the past months the motor has not been cutting out when the door has closed, and reverses unless I shut if off it manually with a remote. As the gate has been jamming shut more now I finally need to address this.
Can one of the magnets attached to the gate have reached the end of its life? If so do I need to buy my new pair from the manufacturer, or are they pretty generic?
