Can you reprogram a nice remote fob that has been used on a different gate? Tried pairing and doesn’t work! Think it needs wiping. Any ideas?

I have a nice robus 600 and couldn't find my remotes. Is it possible to buy new remotes online and program them without using the old ones.

Hi Deb,
You are able to program other NICE remotes which have been programmed to another gate. This being said it must match the type of remote you already have. NICE manufacture multiple remotes and all of them may not be compatible with your system, or cannot be programmed at the same time as other types of remotes.
Do you have any information on the existing remotes or remote you are trying to program?

Hi Farid,
You can purchase new remotes from EasyGates Ltd. To program the remotes you would need to access the receiver inside the motor housing and follow the programming procedure for your receiver. The ROBUS will usually have the NICE OXI receiver inside. You can find the programming information on manuals.easygates.co.uk by searching robus 600
