Hi All,

Hoping you can help me - My sliding gate has stopped working. When you press the fob, the bluebus light flashes green but nothing happens.  If you press the push button which operates pedestrian access the bluebus goes into 4 flashes, pause, 4 flashes which according to the manual is an issue with a stop input.  All batteries are working in the photocells, and all seem to be working normally (when you break the beam the LED stops flashing inside the unit) - although one of them has corroded terminals which I've stripped, cleaned up and now appears to be working fine - following this, I reset the motor to recognise devices as per user manual).  The gate also has bumper edges - the STOP light inside the motor is red, it goes off when you press the bumpers (which according to the manual means they are working ok).

I've also tried the "Man Present" mode using one of the fobs, this does not seem to work either.

I've tried various diagnostics on the phone with the installer and everything they have suggested has not helped.  Obviously with the current COVID lockdown, nobody can come out to look at it for me.

Any help massively appreciated!!!  Smile Smile

Thanks,

Dave
Fixed - seems it just needed a power down, followed by another re-learn following the photocell having lost connection. I'm off for a beer now to celebrate :-)
