Hi, hope there's someone here who can help. I'm a mechanical Engineer with some good controls and power electronics experience.

I've inherited dual gates with GiBiDi ART 3000 operators and an F4 Plus controller, the gates open but on expiry of the timer or command closing the RH gate does not close. The issue started intermittently, and occasionally the gale would start to move then stop. I've checked all the connections and although a bit untidy there appears to be nothing awry! Any advice on troubleshooting would be appreciated.

Cheers

hi
that could be photocell problem small or bigger , i suggest you to take off the photocell  cover sometimes small spiders cover photo beam .

If not, make short connection between com and nc in photocell
TC, thanks for the reply.

There is no photocell on the installation, just the dwell time for the gates to close. I have found that if the opening cycle is interrupted by pressing the fob button again before the gates finish opening and then press again to close, both gates close. Once the rain stops I'm going to have a look at the limit switches and connections, could be a faulty switch for the affected gate?

Cheers.
