Hi Arthur,

I can't see that the fault can be anything else that a faulty set of photocells.

For the cost, is replace them.

Have you had a look online for a replacement set? Could always buy them, try them out (keep the packaging etc and in good condition, if it doesn't work, send the product back for a refund?

Hi PAJ,

Thanks for your advice. I'm going to buy a new set of photocells.

I've been looking online for a replacement set of photocells which I can only found of their Input Voltage: 12V - 24V AC/DC.
But my current set of photocells which have Input Voltage: 10V - 30V AC/DC.

Could you please tell me if the photocells have Input Voltage: 12V - 24V AC/DC, would that be also suitable for BFT gate?

Thanks,
Arthur

24Vdc/vac photocells will be find, BFT do a few different ones.

Hi PAJ,
I've finally received a new set of photocells and I've connected them to the gate motor yesterday.
But now the LED display on the control board is off. The LED display was working before I've installed a new set of photocells.
I've checked the main fuse and power connection with a multimeter that they're all OK.
Any suggestions on how to fix this LED fault?
Thanks,
Arthur
Which photocells did you buy and what board are you installing them to?

Hi Access-Control,

Thanks for your response.
I've bought a set of LP Security Photocells, Model: P5001 with 12m range powered from 24vac/dc.
I've installed them to BFT Deimos BT automatic gate.
Any suggestions on how to fix the LED fault?

Thanks,
Arthur
