i have a nice mc424 control unit when i connect a switch to 11 & 15 step by step i lose my remote control any one ave any ideas ?

no not lose memory because once i remove the switch wires it works as normal

can you check this switch output , probably its work with nc contact instead of no
spot on the guy who put in the switch had it in the NC contact
