Easygates, Nationwide electric gate & garage door automation, access control and safety supplier is celebrating their most successful financial quarter in 25 years of trading.
The company has seen a growth at a rate above 20% pa for more than 5 years. April to June 2016 again saw 23% increase on the same time last year. This positive result correlates with a recent customer service questionnaire the company sent out to their database which generated some very positive results.
95% of customers were happy with the service they have received, 95.6% of customers felt the products supplied met their needs. And 96.3% of customers felt the products offered by EasyGates offered value for money.
Managing Director of Easygates, Tony Daniels-Gooding said: ‘We believe these successes can be attributed to a number of factors. Increased storage capacity has enabled us to hold larger stock quantities and expand our range. This, combined with additions to our staff team, allow us to process customer orders more efficiently, and give the customer greater choice.’
‘Popular products in this quarter have included the ASO Safety Solutions range, radio remote systems and personalised ARCA enclosures. Also, the ability to offer competitive prices on all the major names in gate and garage automation has been beneficial.
‘We have put a lot of time and energy in to improving our customer support, both pre and post purchase. We felt confident this hard work would be beneficial and now our customers and the figures are validating our beliefs.’
EasyGates plan to continue investment in to efficient systems, high calibre staff, product lines and convenient methods of ordering products. The company also plan on offering customers increased options on the personalisation of products.
