Hi,
I would like some advice about choice of system please.
I have just moved into a small private road and share a gated turning area with two other neighbours. The gate is a 2.2 m five bar gate on a brick pillar, which latches to a small 1 m gate on the other side.
I am looking for a solution that will open and close the main gate and be 'locked' at the opening mechanism when not in use, allowing person access still through the small gate.
Cost is an issue as we sharing the cost and between us there their is a young couple, us and an elderly couple, so convincing them of the need of an opener and paying up will be an interesting project in itself. So self installation would be preferred to reduce cost.
