Hi,

I have a Proteco Q36a swinging gate controller and I am having some problems.
It seems that the two engines didn´t get any current and so the gates dont open.
I didn´t change any wire and until now it was working fine.

The display on the board shows "--" which is the standby. When I press the remote controller
I can see "-.-" on the display which shows that the board is receiving the signal but then nothing happens.

I have already tested to shorten the 1 & 8 pin and then I can see "Go" on the display and I can hear a tick but the gates didn´t open. After some seconds the display shows "--" again.
While that I have meassured the voltage of the engine1 and engine2 and there is always 0V.
The main power is working fine and has 230V.

I also checked the both fuses which are on the board and both are fine.

Is there anything else that I can test to see if the board is broken?

It would very nice if you can help me.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Best Regards

Daniel
