I have a Nice Robo RO1000 gate motor which has stopped working. I have tried power cycling the unit several times. There is power on the 24Vac terminals that supply the photocells etc. The LEDs indicating the input conditions are all correct, ie the NC are on and the NO are off. The limit switch turns off one or other LED as it should. I've tried connecting the common terminal to each of the open close and step by step terminals. The LED lights but nothing else happens. However, the OK LED is not lit at all. Even right after turning the power on it does't light or flash at all. Also the LED does not light on the radio board if I hold down the programming button. Is there a separate fuse supplying the microprocessor that would not also stop the input status LEDs from working? If there anything I can do or is the control board going to have to be replaced?
It turned out the main fuse was blown. Somehow enough current to light the LEDs was getting through, but not enough to run the microprocessor.
