Full Version: FAAC 750 Deceleration not working

I have a FAAC 750 installation operating a single leaf gate. It works fine apart from when it enters the deceleration phase of the swing. I can hear the pump slow down and run at the lower speed when it enters the deceleration phase but the gate only moves at a very, very slow rate. Nothing like the rate it went when it was working properly. The hydraulic actuator operates normally across its full range of travel so I don't think it's the problem. Could it be the control board? It's a FAAC 455D board - is there any way to test the board?

Many thanks
Answered my own question. It was a duff run capacitor.
