My gate suddenly stopped to work and the prompt in the Q60AR display is: -0
This error code does not compare in the manual and I do not know what it means.
If I push the switch A in the Q60AR board for 5 times (a complete round trip of menu) and then I command the gate to open, with my remote or with the key, it works and it performs a complete open-and-close gate cycle. But only once! Afterwords it stop again to accept any command. So if I want to open again I need to push again the switch A in the board (again a complete round trip of the menu).
Any suggestion to solve the problem?
