Hi,ive had my proteco gates for approx 5 years,recently signal distance to get gates open has reduced to 0..u have to take fob to receiver main box before gates will open were as before would work from approx 20m..batteries in fob are fine...is there a sensor unit in mains box thats easily replaced??..

THis could be a radio interference problem if it is happening with more than 1 x remote - Could also be a faulty remote or a faulty radio receiver.

If it is indeed radio interference then replacing the radio receiver or remote won't help you
