I've just bought a house that has a Daitem call box, at gate for entry, and then uses Logisty systems combined with Diatec (in car remote etc) for entry.
The issue is that I cannot reset the entry code for the gates, despite following the instruction method.
The "push button" reset, followed by *9999*5 NEWCODE "hash" doesnt seem to do anything, and despite checking the handsets for mute , volume, etc, they refuse to ring. Handset is a Logisty L5130GB.
Additionally, while the intercom between the Diatem gate box works, for some reason it doesnt "ring" when someone buzzes, which is massively frustrating!
Have spent half the day trying to fix it and work out what the issue is, but worried I may damage it now!
None of this would be an issue if my mother and law was coming to stay, being blissfully unaware she cant get in quite appeals, but the rest of my friends are starting to get a bit miffed!
